Join us Sunday, March 11th at The Craftsman for a three-course dinner featuring local ingredients from La Pryor Farms and wine pairings from Brazos Wine Imports.
La Pryor Farms is a small, family-friendly farm in Ottawa, IL, specializing in quality pork and beef. Using specific breeds based on marbling and tenderness, all livestock at La Pryor Farms are fed NON-GMO corn and are antibiotic and hormone free.
Brazos Wine Imports the best artisanal, single vineyard, small production and environmentally friendly wines out of Argentina and South Chile.
Tickets are $55 each and can be purchased at The Craftsman host stand or by making a reservation on OpenTable for Sunday, March 11th at 6 p.m.
