Hands on Espresso and Milk Preparation 101

Come join us for full hands-on experience on our 3 group La Marzocco Linea espresso machine. Attendees will be able to walk away from this class with a firm grasp on how to prepare great espresso shots and steam milk at home or in a commercial setting. Very small class sizes assures lots of hands-on time perfecting milk steaming, tamping, and all else that goes into making excellent espresso drinks. This class concentrates on physical aspects of espresso prep rather than theory and history.
