Full-time professional musician based in the Chicagoland area for the past 8 years, entertaining fans at concerts, festivals, parties, and the occasional impromptu commuter train jam session.
Gregory Hyde has songs placed in award-winning films, documentaries, & cable television shows, have sold over 6,000 copies of his independently produced albums, garnered a Billboard Music World Songwriting Competition award for the Rock category, and still play upwards of 200 solo acoustic shows a year.
He has also opened shows for artists like 10,000 Maniacs, Sister Hazel, Los Lonely Boys, Edwin McCain, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Tesla, Guster, American Idol winner Lee DeWyze, Air Supply, and many others.
