Two Brothers Special Projects beer tent will debut at festival
Warrenville, IL – Two Brothers Summer Festival 2016 continues to grow as Two Brothers Brewing Company announces an expanded beer lineup in addition to its annual Hop Centric Double IPA release and year-round, seasonal and archive offerings.
Included in this year’s festival experience will be the Two Brothers Special Projects beer tent which will showcase 18 new beers, including 10 sours such as Wouch! Cherry Sour and Pineapple American Sour. Other Special Projects beers include a Brett Golden, Oak Aged Dopplebock and Whiskey Porter. This will be the first time most of the beers featured at the Special Projects tent will be available to the public.
Two Brothers Summer Festival 2016 will be held at RiverEdge Park in downtown Aurora, IL, June 3-4. RiverEdge Park is located across the street from the Two Brothers Roundhouse and the Aurora Metra Station.
“Two Brothers Summer Festival is a great place to showcase all the different kinds of beers we brew, including these Special Projects beers that are rarely available,” said Jason Ebel, co-founder of Two Brothers Brewing Company. “A lot of people know us for year-round beers like Domaine DuPage and Cane and Ebel. This is an opportunity for big craft beer fans to try some pretty cool and unique beers for the first time.”
Two Brothers Summer Festival 2016 will continue to be the official release event for Two Brothers Hop Centric Double IPA and Hop Centric Black. A full lineup of Two Brothers beers, including year-round favorites like Wobble IPA and summer seasonal Dog Days Dortmunder Lager, will be available. The popular guest beers tent will return as well, featuring breweries from across the country.
The expanded beer lineup is the most recent addition to a growing Two Brothers Summer Festival. After hosting the event at one of the Two Brothers locations for the first seven years, it was recently announced that this year’s Two Brothers Summer Festival will be held at RiverEdge Park. With a larger venue to accommodate growing attendance, Two Brothers Summer Festival 2016 will also feature its biggest music lineup to date with Cold War Kids, Lord Huron, The Lone Bellow and PHOX.
These additions will allow for an elevated experience with the opportunity to increase charitable contributions. Proceeds from Two Brothers Summer Festival 2016 will benefit Make-A-Wish Illinois and Emmanuel House.
