This Coffee Pale Ale is currently on tap at the Two Brothers Roundhouse
Our January Beer of the Month is now available at the Two Brothers Roundhouse! Eye of Fatima, a Coffee Pale Ale, was tapped on Monday, 1/4 and will be available exclusively at the Two Brothers Roundhouse through the month of January.
This Coffee Pale Ale was lightly dry hopped with Amarillo and Cascade hops. We then added five pounds of Honduras Fatima Mercedes – Honey Process coffee, creating the perfect blend of Two Brothers Artisan Beer and Two Brothers Coffee Roasters.
The most recent addition to the Two Brothers Roundhouse tap lines was named by our Director of Coffee and Tea, Mason Brown. Mason combined the name of the coffee farm, Fatima Mercedes with the Hand of Fatima, which was used to ward off the evil eye in various religions, and the song Eye of Fatima to create the perfect name for this ale.
