Advanced Espresso and Milk Prep 202: Delving Deeper

This class will focus on answering the ‘why’ in espresso preparation rather than the how-to and delve deeper into what makes great espresso truly great. Learning how to dose and pull shots with different basket sizes. As well as learning how to steam alternative dairy.

*Attendees will be expected to have taken our 101 class OR have a solid working knowledge of how to dial-in an espresso grinder, tamp and pull shots as well as steam milk and construct lattes and cappuccinos.
